RESERVATIONS
Reservations are recommended to secure your preferred time. Call or email our team for group bookings. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. A deposit per guest, room number, or gift voucher is required to confirm your booking.

ARRIVAL
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete a consultation form and relax before your spa experience. Late arrivals will result in shortened treatment times.
We invite each guest to change prior to any therapist treatment and provide lockers, robes and slippers.
You are welcome to use the pool facilities before or after your treatment. Cabanas and poolside lounges can be reserved in advance, subject to availability. Visit havenburleighheads.com to book your place by the pool.
SPA ENVIRONMENT
Please turn off your mobile phone during your visit to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. Smoking is not allowed onsite. Lockers are available for your convenience, however, CIEL Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Guests must be 18 or older to use the locker rooms, touchless facilities and spa treatments.
COMMUNICATION
We are committed to creating a welcoming and respectful environment for all. Please inform our team of any health concerns, allergies or pregnancy when booking, as some treatments may need adjustments or specialised therapist.
Each treatment is personalised to your needs. If you feel any discomfort, let your therapist know right away. We ask all guests to treat our team with respect and courtesy—rude or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates can be purchased at cielspaburleighheads.com. Gift certificates are available for any standard menu item or choose a monetary value starting at $100, all with a three-year validity.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly request 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to single appointments and 72 hours for group bookings. A full service charge will apply for late cancellations or no-shows.

MEDICAL SERVICES
Cosmetic treatments are available with our medical team upon request. A consultation is required before treatment, and we advise you to seek any additional medical advice directly from your practitioner.

Yes. CIEL Spa’s recovery wellness suite includes access to an infrared sauna and cryotherapy services. This can be booked as an additional service or part of a recovery ritual.
